发动机螺丝拧紧应用是由遨博智能与URYU公司合作开发，该设备主要应用于工业应用中的精确、高效的螺丝紧固。URYU的电动油脉冲工具非常适合需要精确扭矩应用的装配线和制造过程，特别是针对中到大型螺栓，扭矩范围为4.0Nm至72.0Nm。

This automotive tightening application is equipped with AUBO cobot and Panasonic advanced cordless mechanical pulse tools which is designed for precise torque-controlled fastening in industrial applications. Torque ranges from 20.0Nm to 220.0Nm. Panasonic EYFMH series was awarded "Product of the Year" in the Fastening Solutions category for New Product Awards at the 2022 ASSEMBLY Show in USA.

This pick and place application is equipped with AUBO cobot and DH gripper. It utilizes a set of multifunctional fingers to accomplish multiple gripping and installation actions. Based on the high positioning accuracy and stable reliability of AUBO cobot, pick and place tasks can be easily achieved.

This screw locking application is equipped with AUBO cobot and Panasonic electric screwdriver, which is engineered for precision and efficiency in industrial assembly tasks. Ideal for assembly lines and manufacturing processes that demand precise torque control, such as electronics assembly, automotive components, and appliance manufacturing.

遨博智能咖啡拉花机器人采用双臂协作模式完成拉花咖啡，运用遨博智能机械臂学习系统，完美复刻大师级柔性拉花手法，确保每一杯都是兼具醇香口感和视觉享受。整体造型极具科技感，是由遨博智能双臂协作机器人与场景应用伙伴如影智能共同推出的新零售行业应用，该应用拥有自主研发技术，发明专利、外观专利、软著等70余项。每天持续输出300杯高品质拉花咖啡，同样数量，人工咖啡师需一刻不停工作15小时/天，且无法保证每一杯咖啡均为高品质输出。

Every coffee robot utilizes two top-tier AUBO collaborative robotic arms with an impressive maximum working radius of 500mm. Their joint design allows for 360° rotation, and the end joints are highly flexible, mimicking precise human hand movements in the coffee-making process, such as frothing milk and creating latte art with both arms.

The Therapy Robot is centered around AUBO's flexible, collaborative robotic arm, equipped with an ergonomically designed heating therapy tool that is skin-friendly. The robot can automatically perceive the massage area in three dimensions through technologies such as 3D structured light visual scanning and force control. Based on the results of far-infrared and targeted thermal therapy, energy output is adjusted automatically. Utilizing big data to calculate respiratory rate, body temperature, and other metrics, the robot memorizes the massage trajectories. From built-in health programs to digital information tracking and recording, it relies on advanced equipment to establish a personalized database tailored to different individuals. Compared to previous manual or semi-automated devices, this robot demonstrates superior intelligence, providing users with higher quality and more intelligent customized health services from a scientific, professional, and standardized perspective.
